Beer Style - Bitter

Abbeydale's take on a classic English bitter: copper coloured, well balanced, malty flavours and a smooth bitter finish. Using British grown Fuggles hops for subtle flavours, enhanced with a touch of Columbus and Bobek.

American Brown Ale is their version of our traditional Best Bitter, being just a touch more bitter on the finish thanks to the use of US grown hops; in this case Cascade.

Roast barley, Crystal Medium & Dark, plus Munich are among the malts which give this beer its deep roasted malt flavours, burnt caramel and gentle malt sweetness, and of course its rich colour. It’s pleasantly refreshing with well integrated hop flavours.

Irresistibly coconutty, this time Abbeydale looked to one of their favourite teatime treats for inspiration. A delicious chocolatey character from a carefully chosen malt bill meets a generous sprinkling of toasted coconut, boosted by Sabro hops. Sweet and slurpable with a smooth finish.

Multi Gold medal-winning bottle-conditioned Dark Porter with hints of roasted coffee and a creamy malt finish.
Brewed using the highest quality Pale Ale, Maris Otter, Chocolate, Crystal and Roasted Malts and hopped with a blend of English Northdown and Goldings whole hops.

Hambleton Brewery's Black Spot has dark chocolate notes which underpin this well rounded Porter, all balanced with a fruity sweetness from cherries and plums.

Wild Craft have been foraging through the hedgerows to pick the best wild blackberries you can find to add to their special stout recipe. On first pour, your senses will be hit with an aroma blast of bramble which then fades as the flavours mingle and blend to make a perfect fruit stout, smooth and unique.

A rich, full bodied best bitter in the traditional Kent style. Finest Maris Otter pale ale malt and crystal malt for colour and richness. Hopped with local Kent Northdown and Finchcocks Whitbread Golding Variety and finished in the Hop Rocket with Progress hops from Scotney Castle and Goldings from Finchcocks hop gardenfor a full flavour and aroma.

Rich, dark and smooth. Notes of black coffee and dark chocolate married with sweet marmalade and tangy lemon create a luxurious balance and taste. Sweet or savoury, fabulous with both. Vegan & Gluten Free.
