Beer and cider are packed securely in robust cardboard transit packaging. Where available, a personalised gift message can be added to eligible orders at no extra cost.
Weekends and Bank Holidays
Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will normally be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

How much does delivery cost?
Standard tracked delivery is £5.99 for orders below £50. Standard tracked delivery is free when the order value is £50 or more.
Do you charge extra for Highlands, Islands or offshore areas?
No. We do not apply additional regional delivery surcharges. Customers in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands pay the same standard delivery price as customers on the UK mainland.
Delivery to these areas typically takes 2 working days rather than the next working day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
Can my parcel be left in a safe place?
Where the courier service permits it, your parcel may be left in a suitable safe place or with a neighbour. Please add clear delivery instructions when placing your order where available.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Please check the courier tracking information first, as this may show an updated delivery time, safe-place location or details of an attempted delivery.
If your parcel has still not arrived within 5 working days of the dispatch notification, please contact customer services and include your order number.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact customer services as soon as possible and include your order number, details of the damage and clear photographs of the parcel and affected products.
